GIGS

Hopefully to be an annual event, Soirée Gainsbourg on Wednesday 17 March at Bitterzoet, Amsterdam will feature Serge Gainsbourg's music as well as remixes, mashups and covers, live acts and more by the time you read this. On 18 March, the film Gainsbourg vie héroïque will premiere in the Netherlands, which is why rumours involve director Joann Sfar coming to Amsterdam in early March and a special screening of the film.

Sat 20 Mar	Oh la la presents: Afro Heat in Amsterdam with Brussels's DJ ReeDoo at Noorderlicht Cafe, Amsterdam North, more info soon.	Afrobeat
Sat 27 Mar	La Boum - French 1980s Party at De Nieuwe Anita, Amsterdam, with DJ Guuzbourg, VJ Blackbird Badger, as well as DJs Cowboy & Henk. Doors 8 pm. EUR 6.	French music
Fri 2 Apr	A long set at Cafe Zondag, Maastricht, 11 pm - 2 am. FREE.
Sat 3 Apr	A long set at Cafe Kobalt, Amsterdam, 10 pm - 2 am. FREE.
